no information about shipping method before purchase leads to disaster - R. Adams -
While purchasing the product online, the prompts didn't allow me to choose among shipping methods before the final purchase. Unfortunately, I found out what the shipping method was only after the completed purchase. However, the only shipping method, U.S.P.S. doesn't work for my address. The post office doesn't deliver to my house, I have to have a P.O. Box where I live. Consequently, I paid for a product I never received. I emailed the company immediately after the purchase was complete, but, I have not yet received a refund and its been months. I'll likely never see the refund or the product.br /br /br /Signed, a very unhappy online purchaser who won't use the service again.
